IT’S COMING TO GLASGOW AREA: NEW STRING ENSEMBLE
Are you interested in playing music with others but can’t commit to a weekly get together?
Aye: Strings will meet for a full day rehearsal five times a year, playing Scottish flavours, Baroque, 20th/21st Century – whatever floats our boat & moves our bows.
Conducted by Claire Gullan
For advanced-intermediate to advanced players. Space 20 – 25 players: violin, viola, cello & double bass.

The Audio Lounge, Unit B1, North Trading Estate, 24 Craigmont Street, Maryhill, Glasgow (At the end of Shawpark Street, Next to the big Tesco Extra at Mayhill shopping centre).
Ample parking available; Maryhill Road is well served by buses 8, 60 / 60A, 61. The Audio lounge is a 5 minute walk from the big Tesco Extra on Maryhill Road.
Cost: £40 paid in advance for the whole year (5 rehearsals (works out at £8 per session which will cover for the venue hire & small donation towards Claire’s time).
